Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a proud member of Heartland Cancer Research, one of a small number of networks that comprise the National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP), and is a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. In 2021, MoBap achieved its second Magnet® designation in recognition of nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Only nine percent of the nation's hospitals meet the criteria to earn this prestigious designation for providing the highest quality patient care, teamwork, professionalism, and innovation in nursing practice. MoBap first achieved Magnet® Recognition in 2016 and became the first and only hospital in St. Louis County to receive the honor. The designation is granted for four years.

Internal Medicine Residency Program
Residents receive one-on-one instruction and guidance from a talented group of clinicians and numerous other patient care providers. In addition, they benefit from interacting with the outstanding faculty of the Washington University School of Medicine working in a multitude of medical school departments and with the numerous physicians in training at the medical center.
The program goals include preparing residents to provide optimal and compassionate medical care, communicate effectively, educate themselves and others, as well as train future internists in a community setting. This residency program was formed in cooperation with the Washington University, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and St. Louis Children's Hospital Graduate Medical Education Consortium.

Pharmacy Practice Residency
The Pharmacy Residency Program a Missouri Baptist Medical Center gives residents the opportunity to further develop their skills, knowledge, and practice the latest concepts. Our residents are guided by a team of highly-skilled professional to provide a wide variety of experiences and develop verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking. MoBap, is a special hospital filled with team members whose skill and expertise is only matched by their compassion for our patients and families. We continually invest in the latest clinical innovations and programs to help patients get better faster. All of our efforts require a team who shares a commitment to our mission of helping to improve the health of the communities we serve.
