Missouri Baptist Medical Center Rehabilitation Patients Will Move to BJC HealthCare Affiliated Encompass Health Inpatient Hospital

Beginning May 21, Missouri Baptist Medical Center will be transitioning inpatient rehabilitation services to the new The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis–West County, an affiliation of BJC HealthCare and Encompass Health. The unit at Missouri Baptist Medical Center will be repurposed for Med-Surge – a unit that serves general needs for hospitalized patients.

The new facility in Town and Country, just five miles from the Missouri Baptist campus, is located at 998 Woods Mill Road in Ballwin.

BJC and Encompass Health have been partners for more than 20 years with three additional Rehabilitation Institutes throughout our region. Encompass Health is a leading provider in inpatient rehabilitation and cares for patients across the nation.
