Banana Whip

Nutritious alternative to ice cream

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
Water

Directions

Cut three ripe bananas into thick slices and freeze overnight.

Fit food processor with steel knife blade and place frozen bananas into processor, pulse a few times and scrape down sides of bowl.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of water and process on high for another 2-4 minutes adding water 1 tablespoon at a time until creamy and smooth.  Serve immediately.

Top with chopped nuts, strawberries or dark chocolate.
